Keep track of regular screening events

A single page showing dates and results of regular/routine screening tests so you can see in one place when these tests took place plus a record of the results and maybe a note of when the next test will become due.
e.g. mammograms, cervical screening, diabetic retinopathy checks, bowel screening etc.

A section for these would be useful.
